What should I do if my package is damaged or incomplete?

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our support team immediately. We’ll promptly investigate and, under our Delivery Guarantee, either resend the shipment or issue a full refund.

To comply with customs and ensure smooth delivery, orders are split into multiple discreet packages with a maximum of 120 pills per shipment. If you place a larger order, you may receive it in separate deliveries—each tracked and protected by our guarantee.

Can my order be delayed by customs?

Occasionally, customs may request additional documentation or permission to inspect your parcel. If this occurs, you’ll be notified. Should any issues arise, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the matter.

Will I be charged for reshipping if my order is lost?

No additional charges apply if your order needs to be reshipped due to non-delivery or loss. We offer free reshipping or a full refund if your order does not arrive.

Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. If you chose express courier service, you can track your parcel using the provided tracking code. Standard airmail can take up to 30 days. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact your local post office first. If undelivered, reach out to our support team for assistance with a free reshipment.

What shipping methods and rates do you offer?

We currently offer:

  • Trackable Courier Service: Delivery within 5–9 days with online tracking. The cost is approximately $30 USD.
  • Standard Airmail: Delivery within 14–21 days (up to 30 days maximum), without tracking. The cost is $10 USD.
  • Free Shipping: All orders above $200 USD qualify for free Airmail shipping.
